As a lot of you guys know, Adminship is not a trophey, it’s an honer, and a responsibilitty. Who do you want to get elected, and why, and if you can, try to get them to run? That is, if they meet the standerds, and if they don’t, don’t mention it, or they might rush to get Contributions number. I’d either want Metsguy234, ISMKW, Maddie (If she’d run.), Tiagoroth, and a few others, but they sliped my mind. (Forget eaisly.) June Days

I’m 50-50 as to whether I should run. After all, I am capable of reaching 1k mainspace edits whenever I feel like it (I believe I am a dozen away?), and I am confident that my Internet privileges will never be revoked again. Still, I haven’t attempted to take the NAB test, and some users might find me a bit…threatening.
^ I think you should try to get an Admin to nominate you, you’d be a great Admin! (Plus, you could close the threads thay were bumped! :P) I’ve only got about 700 Manispace edits, and some Admins aren’t NABers yet, but they’re an Admin, you have a chance!June Days
^ Thanks for your support, and there is always the chance I could self nominate. I think I’m only 10 mainspace edits away from being able to do so, and the self-nominations won’t be open for a little while.

Great, I’m more like 300-something mainspace edits away. The herald thingy told me. I am capable of making that many quality edits over a week’s time, but I’m not sure if I should.

- even if you’re an admin you are not held to get onto wikiHow every so often. Your still volunteering, and even though helping out is much appreciated, it is not forced.
I know, but I do want to make it clear that I would take such a responsibility seriously enough to be somewhat devoted to it.
I’ll wait until I hear the mandate from the U.N. Anyway, if my parents believed I had any rights whatsoever, I wouldn’t have started a blog.

Same about the blog, actually. I’d like to be an admin, but I’d like to take my time. I want to know what I’m doing, I mean REALLY know, before I do anything like that. June and Olivia want me to run this year, but I’m not interested. Quality before quantity. I can wait another year.
Your only chance is to get an admin to sponsor you - I don’t think you have near enough mainspace edits. Actually, the same is the case with me. Whatever the case, I think it would be in every potential candidate’s best interests to research what being an admin entails. Good luck, everyone.
