Okay, Trump is ignorant to a lot of stuff, but man, some of his policies bring tears of happiness to my eyes. Like getting jobs back here. I don’t like his anti-almosteverythingism . But he’s a great business guy, and knows money, which happens to be one of America’s biggest problems. But, Hillary Clinton is just he spawn of Satan. She really pulled a number on us when she did the email thing, she let people die in Benghazi, in the 70’s she helped a child rapist get off without anytime even though she knew he did what he did, and in the past she’s supported horrible horrible deals. She claims to be a protector of children and women, but all I see is someone who will say anything to get money in her pocket.
But didn’t this election scream out anything to you? Before the fall of Rome, they only bad leaders because the people who could actually do great things for Rome felt discouraged and didn’t think that they could do anything. Isn’t that what’s happening now? There are so many people in the U.S and world that want to change things, but because everyone thinks that the only time we can do that is once every 4 years, no one does anything. No one keeps pushing and pushing like we should. This election has helped me realized even more that our government is messed up and corrupt, but I can’t help but feel guilty knowing that it’s also my fault that things are still the messed up way it is. We have the power as U.S citizens to stop the government in their tracks and say “Slow down bud, this is our show.” But when was the last time we as citizens did something like that that changed the whole country? I’m pretty sure it was during the civil war and ending segregation. It was one hell of a bloody battle, but look what resulted from it? Freedom.
In the Constitution, Thomas Jefferson said that it’s not our choice to change our government if they stray from the path we choose, it’s our DUTY. This is OUR country. Something needs to change or else everything will go down the drain, and when everyone hits rock bottom, what will we say. “I didn’t do anything because I was to caught up with my own life to think about others and our future.” or “I didn’t do anything because I thought someone else would.” Well look around. Very few people are doing anything so I think that proves that no one but our self is coming to our rescue from our corrupt leaders.
We have to push our differences aside, and pull together to fight this head first. When we hate instead of love, it pushes us all away from each others. We need to unite. Not as black, woman, white, man, homosexual, heterosexual, or any other label you can think of, but as humans. We are born with our natural rights, we will have them. We have the right to change, so we will change what we want changed. Lets come together, with no hate, and fight for what’s right.
