In Special:RequestTopic ,wikiHow is not an option for a category, however on Special:ListRequestedTopics , wikiHow is a category, but it is empty because you can not categorize it there. Unfortunately, my screenshot software is being ridiculous and I can’t take a screenshot. I use Google Chrome on a Windows 7 laptop. title adjusted – SudoKing
