To see the changes in an article, you’ll need to look at a diff page. Go to the article’s history and click on “prev” to show the changes from the previous revision. For example: http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Mount-a-Bicycle-Headlight-to-Your-Fork&action=history is the history http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Mount-a-Bicycle-Headlight-to-Your-Fork&diff=11835688&oldid=11835344 is a diff page showing a person’s edits and how the page is different from the previous version of the article.

Any registered users can see the changes in such a manner. Anonymous, however, do not have access to it.
