Hey all!

Just wanted to share a neat article about wikiHow with you guys. It features some quotes from @JackHerrick , @ElizabethD , @Eric , and expert reviewer Jennifer Mueller! Kudos to all four for representing our community and mission so well:slight_smile:

Wow! Yay wikiHow, and yay wikiHowers!

They capitalized wikiHow wrong and this bothers me.

This is really cool to see! I learned a few new things reading this, too - it’s really interesting seeing what goes on behind the scenes that you don’t always know about from the volunteer end of things:slight_smile:

I’ll reply on behalf of Allyson and let you know that the reporter has been nicely asked to correct the spelling of wikiHow! Cross your fingers that happens.:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

What an interesting read. Thanks @AllysonE for bringing it to us. So, wikiHow has helped deliver babies, helped with camels, and is helping ROBOTS make cake! Wow. Way to go. Who hasn’t been helped by wikiHow is the questions. “Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me {¤◇¤wikiHow☆¤☆} your ears”. ¯_(^-^)_/¯ And that meme maker, I dunno what they do. My phone refrained from loading their page. Thanks Elizabeth, Eric and Jack. Three cheers to the three super musketeers.

Great to read. Thank you for sharing.

They still didn’t repair the mistake, and that makes it impossible to read it XD

Wow! Cool article, and very interesting. I like what they said about the wikiHow community.

Thanks for sharing!

“From sexing turkeys to casting a love spell or wearing fishnets elegantly”

Wha-wha-wha whyyyy?

“Sexing Turkeys”

I have so many question for whoever wrote this.

^ Why? It just means figuring out the sex of a turkey, like whether it’s male or female. It’s not about having sex with a turkey, if that’s what you’re thinking.

Lol

Love this! Thanks for sharing!

That’s… Blunt.

Ohhhh. OHHHHHHH. OHHHHHHHHH.Me and my messed up mind.

Bit late to the party since I was on vacay, but I loved reading this article - I’m lucky enough to talk to Jack and Eliz all the time about how they feel about wikiHow, but it was super neat to hear Eric’s and Jennifer’s thoughtful reflections, and how it all comes together from the point of view of an outsider like the journalist.

Brb, sending it to all my relatives so they can understand a bit more about what we do here:stuck_out_tongue:
