Ummm… It’s kind-of tied. If the ice-cold sea was near land, I’d do that (to try my hardest) but if death is the question, then maybe the burning lava.

Umm… blood maybe? It would clean off better than glue. Especially in the hair.

This one’s hard. If I say cold, I’d probably die of Frostbite, and if I say hot, I’d probably die of dehydration and throw up and all that.
I would rather die of hot, so at least my body wouldn’t be cold and frozen during my burial.
