Sketch a band around its neck, then sketch two rectangles coming off the end of the band. Erase any lines going through the rectangles. You may add some lines off the edges for the fringe.

It is not hard, but if you're finding it hard, you'll need to do plenty of practice to perfect it. Do a rough drawing first, with all the lines crossing over and erasing. Then, do a neat copy. Draw the shapes, but not overlapping them. Keep trying until you can do a marvelous job.
