If you're a university student and you're considering signing up for Audible, you may be wondering if Audible has a student discount. Unfortunately, Audible doesn't have a dedicated student discount, but they do offer an extended free trial for Amazon Prime Student subscribers. You also might be able to find Audible deals on discount sites like UNiDAYS and Student Beans. Keep reading to learn more. Ways to Get an Audible Student Discount

Amazon Student Two-Month Trial

  1. Go to https://www.audible.com . While Audible doesn't have a student discount, they do offer an extended two-month free trial of Audible Premium Plus. [1]
  2. Make sure the account you sign in with has an Amazon Prime Student membership.

  3. It's near the top of the page, under the Audible logo.
  4. You can sign up for Audible Premium if you prefer, but you'll get a 30-day free trial instead of a two-month free trial.
  5. Audible will automatically enter your payment method from your Amazon Prime account to pay for the membership after the free trial is over. Click Change to switch to a different Amazon payment method.
  6. If you sign up for a free trial and it says you only have a 30-day free trial, contact Audible support at https://www.audible.com/contactus . If you explain the situation, an Audible customer support agent can switch the trial for you.
    • On the Audible contact page, click Membership , then select Plans & Benefits from the dropdown.
    • Click Chat . A chat window with an automated chatbot will pop up.
    • Explain the situation in a few words (i.e., "my membership" or "free trial").
    • Click Contact an agent and follow the on-screen instructions to get connected to an agent.

  2. If you're already signed up for UNiDAYS, log in now. Otherwise, sign up using these steps:
    • Click the three-line menu in the upper-left corner.
    • Click Join now .
    • Enter your personal (not student) email and choose a password, agree to the UNiDAYS terms of service, and click Join now .
    • Verify your account by entering your first and last name, gender, date of birth, school, and email when prompted.
    • Click the link in the verification email sent to your student email to finish the verification process.
  3. If there are any deals, they will drop down from the search bar. UNiDAYS doesn't always have Audible offers, so if you don't see any, check back at a later time.
    • As of October 2024, UNiDAYS does not have any Audible deals.
  4. The deal's webpage will go into detail about the terms of the deal, such as if this deal applies to new and/or existing customers.

  2. If you're already signed up for Student Beans, log in now. Otherwise, sign up using these steps:
    • Click Register in the upper-right corner.
    • Enter your personal email (not your student one) and desired password and click Lets go!
    • Enter your first and last name, pronouns, and birthdate, then click Continue .
    • Set your email preferences.
    • Enter the country your school is in, projected graduation date, and student email, then click Continue .
      • If you don't have a student email, click Use a different method , then Upload proof . You'll need to upload an official document from your school to verify that you're a student.
    • Click the link in the verification email sent to your student email to finish the verification process.
