If you'd rather show up on caller ID as "Unknown" or "Private" when calling from your iPhone, there are easy ways to hide your phone number. This wikiHow article will teach you three tricks to make private calls on your iPhone, both for making one private call and blocking caller ID entirely.

Things You Should Know

  • To make all outgoing iPhone calls private, go to Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID and toggle off the switch.
  • To hide your phone number for one private call, dial *67, followed by the phone number you're calling.
