When you're kissing, stay in the moment and try not overthink things. Here are a few pointers for what not to do while kissing:

- Don't rush right into the kiss. Tease the other person for a second by hovering next to their face without kissing them to make it more exciting.
- Avoid using your tongue right away when you go in for a kiss. Start with a normal kiss on the lips and when it feels right, try using a little bit of tongue to see if the other person is into it.
- Be careful not to go in for a kiss so hard that you bump your teeth together. Keep it light and slowly ease into deeper kisses.
- Don't keep your eyes open the whole time. Stay in the moment and avoid staring at the person you're kissing.
- Don't make the kiss wet from having too much spit. Take a break from kissing to swallow any extra saliva in your mouth.
Try not to bump into each other during the kiss. You want your lips to lock together, not be doing their own things.

First off, I'll just say that kissing is so subjective. However, I think, overly fast, jerky movements and vigorous thrusting of the tongues are things to avoid. So, my first piece of advice would be to just slow down. Try to not eat strong smelling foods if you know you’ll be kissing someone. Also, be mindful of angles. Sometimes people come into a really strange angle to kiss someone and surprise kissing people, actually, you know, especially for the first time can, you know, if it's and that kind of comes into the school of like fast movements. Finally, coming in slowly so that the other person has proper time to prepare and understand that you’re hoping to kiss them will help you. It will show that you’re attuned to the other person and increase that connection.

Don't have bad breath. That's a must for sure. Brush teeth and keep mint. Also try practicing how to kiss. You may be bad or good you never know. What will they think If your bad. That will be humiliatingly so try focusing on that. That's also a must too. Don't be so forceful cause then it will be too overwhelming. Mind you hands, What I mean by that is don't just stand their still it will look bad and feel awkward. Touch them in their waist, face or hair. Instead of keeping your eyes open while kissing everyone does closed so try that. Ignoring cues. You partner may feel hesitant or may feel kinda ugh, eh about something so check on that too. Good luck!
