Focus on exercises that strengthen the glute muscles. To train your glutes from home, lie on your back on the floor with your palms facing down. Place your feet on the edge of a chair or sofa with your heels hanging off. When you're ready to start, lift up your butt as high as you can, squeeze your glutes with a two-second hold, and then go back to starting position. You can start with 10-12 reps and do 3 sets and gradually increase the repetitions to maybe 15-20. You can even add some weights or do this with a glute band to build even more strength.

To level up this exercise with weights, you can place a dumbbell or barbell across your hips before lifting. Make sure to brace your core and keep your feet planted into the floor firmly to maintain stability. Start with a lighter weight, around 5-10kg and gradually increase as you get stronger.
If you have a resistance band, place it just above your knees to add extra tension. You can also elevate your upper back on a bench or step to create a hip thrust movement, which allows for heavier weights and better glute activation.

It will usually take anywhere from two to three months to see results. The first four weeks or so is all pre-conditioning. So it's your muscles adapting to exercise. Probably after those four weeks or so, then the body will transition into developing more lean muscle. It takes two to three months to actually see that, but you will actually feel the muscle tightening.
Work out two to three days a week to develop more muscle, or work out once a week to maintain where you're at.

Squats, hip thrusts, and deadlifts are the best exercises for toning and strengthening your butt, so those are the exercises I’d focus on. In terms of getting that thickness, you’ll probably want to increase your calorie intake a little bit—you need a little more body weight to convert into toned muscle. It generally takes around two months to safely gain 3-5 pounds of muscle, so don’t try to rush anything!

Seconding the hip thrusts. That was the best exercise in my experience when I was trying to get that glamorous booty. Step-ups and lunges are also really good. In terms of the diet, I’d eat a lot of lean proteins and healthy fats. Stuff like chicken, fish, avocado, nuts, and sweet potatoes.

One thing that really helped me when I was doing this was focusing on muscle control during exercises. “Low and slow” as I’d like to tell myself. When you do something like a squat really fast, you build up strength and you develop fast-twitch muscle fibers, but it doesn’t necessarily help all that much for the aesthetic you’re probably looking for. Go slow and really try to feel
your butt burning when you workout. It’ll really speed up how long this takes.

Focusing on getting your form right so you can really feel the burn is so important! When I first started trying to grow my butt, I didn't see any results after months of work and got frustrated. A workout buddy of mine gave me some pointers on my form and it made a HUGE difference! Started seeing results after that.

Everyone already covered the diet and workout stuff, but I’d like to add one thing. You can’t sit around all day. You want your butt to be big and beautiful when you’re standing up, right? So, your body isn’t going to develop that toned, juicy look if you’re just sitting all day. Do plenty of walking every day. If you have a desk job, I’d highly recommend getting a walking treadmill and a standing desk. It’ll radically help in your quest for glorious cheeks.
