You can get it from Sonny Angel from the official website, and if no luck You can download the Sonny Angels App, go to the “Store” tab and Type in your City/Zip and you will see a Stock list of the 400+ Authorized Sonny Angel retailers (i.e NewTown HQ if you are Queens NY). Buying from Gray markets i.e Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, Mercari might pose risks of getting scammed. But you can always send it in to CertisfiedHQ to Authenticate for you.
