While you can view conditional formatting rules in iOS, you'll only be able to create and edit them on desktop or mobile with an Android device. Things You Should Know

  • On desktop, click the column letter to highlight it. Right-click, then click "Conditional formatting". Apply a color, then click "Done".

  1. Open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets on your web browser. This can be a new or existing spreadsheet. [1]
  2. You can do this by clicking the column letter at the top of the spreadsheet.
    • You can also click any cell in the column, then press CTRL + Space (Windows) or Command + Space (Mac) to highlight the entire column.

Using Android

Using iPhone or iPad
