Log Out of Instagram: Quick Steps

  • To log out of the Instagram app, tap your profile icon. Tap "☰", scroll down, and tap "Log out".
  • To log out of the Instagram website, click "☰" in the bottom-left corner and click "Log out".
  • To sign out on other devices, open "Accounts Center" → "Password and security" → "Where you're logged in" → tap your account → "Select devices to log out".

    If you're not already there, tap your profile photo at the bottom-right corner of the Instagram app to go there now. You can find this in the bottom-right corner. If you don't have one, it will look like a person icon.
    • If you have multiple accounts logged in at once, make sure you're currently on the account you want to log out with.
