To access hidden UI system tuner, long pressing the gear icon produces nothing on my LG v20. What is option 2?

LG has removed the feature. There's still hope, such as using ADB or rooting (although this is not recommended unless you know what you're doing). Check XDA forums for more help.

It's not there. I have a moto z². I have looked almost everywhere and I can't find this. UI has been messing up for a while and I need to fix it manually but can't find the thing.

Open the Settings app. Locate Apps or Application Manager (depending upon which device you use). Swipe the screen to the left to get to the All tab. Scroll down until you locate the currently running home screen. Scroll down until you see the Clear Defaults button (Figure A). Tap Clear Defaults.
