No. You would need a high-school diploma, a 4-year college degree and a 3-year law degree in order to be a lawyer. To become a licensed attorney also requires that you pass the bar exam of one or more jurisdictions (e.g., your state or country).

When do you need to start to become a lawyer? Like in high school or in college or sometime else?

If you are keen on becoming a lawyer, adopt good study habits while you are still in secondary school. In your undergraduate years, work towards a bachelors degree in any subject and keep your grades to approximately 3.5. Also, take summer internships at law firms or local governments which can help you gain first hand experience with legal work and increases your odds of acceptance into law school. After you finish your undergrad, you will have to take the LSAT and get 150 to get accepted into law school. Following acceptance into law school, it will take 3 years to prepare you for a legal career. After graduation from law school, take your state bar exam to begin your legal career.
