From your dashboard, look over at the column on the left hand side. Click on "Finances" and then click on "Your Bill." Click on "Make a Manual Payment." They will guide you through the rest.

Once you're there, look through the menu options to find one that's most closely related to your issue. You may find a helpful answer that fixes your problem. If not, you can choose the option that says "I still need help" and you'll be given the option to chat with Etsy support or send them a message. Explain your problem in detail and a customer service rep can give you a hand.

That sounds really frustrating. But there are a few things you can try. First, go to the contact page, where you'll be asked to log in to your account. Click on the option labeled “Trouble signing in?” and then choose the option for "Reset Password." You'll then be asked to enter your email that's connected to the account and you'll get an email that helps you log in. If that doesn't work, contact Etsy support and ask tell them that you can't access your account and you think it may be shut down. A customer service rep may be able to assist you.

Unfortunately, Etsy doesn't have a customer service line that you can call. BUT, you can still get in touch with them. The best way is to visit the contact page and choose the option that's most closely related to your issue. If you don't see any options that are relevant for you, you can just click through the menu options until you get to the option called "I still need help." From there, you can choose to either chat with an Etsy support rep or send them a message.
