Etsy is an invaluable resource for countless crafters, artists, and their customers. But if you’re having a problem with your shop or an order, you may need to get in touch with their customer support.     • For instance, if you’re having trouble with your Etsy shop, choose the “Selling on Etsy” option. If you’re having a payment issue on a purchase you made, choose “Buying on Etsy.”
  2. On the screen, you’ll see a list of additional options pop up such as “Help with an order” or “Finances and billing.” Take some time to search through the list of options to see if there are any that answer your specific question or help you resolve whatever problem you’re having. [2]

  5. Select the email option and you’ll be brought to a new page with an online contact form. Fill out the form and include your contact information and email address.     Your best bet is to go to the Etsy contact support page and choose the option for "Selling on Etsy." Once you're there, look through the menu options to find one that's most closely related to your issue. You may find a helpful answer that fixes your problem. If not, you can choose the option that says "I still need help" and you'll be given the option to chat with Etsy support or send them a message. Explain your problem in detail and a customer service rep can give you a hand.
