    I'm practicing wrist rolls, and I think that if I do any more, my wrist will get completely shredded by the chain. Any way to prevent this?

    You can get a pair of nunchaku that have a cord or rope instead of a chain. Alternatively, you could wrap your wrist in sports tape for protection.
