I got 1.16.1 for speedrunning. When I used this guide to do it it worked but it has a red exclamation mark and it keeps giving me these weird messages. What do I do?

In the recent update to the launcher, they put in this to warn you that it is an older version of Minecraft and that it does not support the latest player safety features.
