Though, if you want to lose weight, you're probably better off finding time for a 15-20 minute walk every day. Fidgeting is a start though.

    You can do a lot. You can tap your feet or even move your feet as if you were walking in place under your desk. It may not be as helpful as actually walking, but it works.
