I have a PS4 and I can't record more than 15 minutes. How do YouTubers record more than 15 minutes?

Most YouTubers don't use the standard PS4 recording software. They tend to use an Elgato Game Capture Card or Black Magic Intensity -- something along those lines. They are very good for recording but are also pretty expensive.
