    Don't despair. If there's no clock icon, this means that the Scheduled Rides feature isn't currently in use in this Lyft city. Close to the pickup time, arrange a ride much like any other ride.

    There is no way to request a particular driver. The Lyft app doesn't match you with a specific driver.
