If your rural area attracts a lot of tourists and/or has good shopping facilities that people from the area use frequently, then it might be a good prospect. But if the shopping is slow, only involves mainly food and essential services, then a florist shop may not be in high demand. Another consideration might be having a part-time shop, only a few days a week, using a pop-up or roadside stall type of arrangement, to keep down costs and to avoid the overheads of a real store. But do your homework first, to see what the demand is likely to be.
