    Expert Answer
I wouldn't recommend putting a lot of work into it. If someone didn't like you in the past, chances are he won't like you in the future—unless you were ill and weren't feeling well the last time you went out. You can give it one more try, but no more. Move on. There are plenty of guys out there.

    Expert Answer
There can be some reasons why learning to talk with a guy who has stopped paying attention to you might be helpful: 1) Perhaps you work together; 2) or are in the same circle of friends; 3) you are in classes together; or 4) you used to be really good friends in the past. However, if he clearly dumped you, you might consider keeping contact to a minimum. You need to maintain your self-esteem and your dignity!
