Use Content-Aware Fill to get rid of watermarks. The Adobe software isn't free, but you can use Content-Aware Fill to get rid of watermarks and logos on videos.
- Create a mask over the watermark in a frame and put it to Subtract Mode.
- Go to Windows > Content-Aware Fill .
- Select Fill and choose a range. Click Generate Fill Layer and watch After Effects fill over the watermarked area. ^{[1]

There are other things you can try to hide or get rid of watermarks in any video editor, including Canva. You can use a blur to try and remove the watermark or cover it up with another element, like your own logo.
