Things You Should Know

  • If your right mouse button is broken or if you're using a Mac mouse that doesn't have a secondary button, don't worry because there are keys you can press to mimic a right-click.
  • Press the Context Menu key to right-click the current target.
  • If you don't have a Context Menu key, press and hold "Ctrl" to get the right-click menu.

    How do I right click when I don't have a mouse?

    If you have a trackpad, there are 2 ways of right clicking. You can press the rightmost dedicated button for older machines, or you can press down with 2 fingers on a more modern computer.
