Steps

Open Settings . You can swipe down from the top of your screen to find the gear icon in the Quick Settings panel or you can find the gear app icon on one of your Home screens, by searching, or in the app drawer.

Tap Uninstall updates . Tap Ok to confirm your action and uninstall the updates to Google Play services.
