Make sure that you've got enough disc space. FIFA 23 is a pretty massive game. Beyond that, all you can do is retry downloading it later. It looks like a few other people have had this problem too, so rest assured you're not alone.

Depending on where you bought it from, you can probably get a refund. As it was stated in a different answer, Xbox themselves cannot give refunds, but you can get one if you bought it from a store.

My son can’t access his GTA5 and his disk is scratched. It says he gets a message saying he doesn’t own it. He bought it aftet Christmas. Is there a way to recover or do we have to buy a new disk?
