    Check your connection. For best experience, connect to a stable Wi-Fi network when using the DoorDash app. You can use your cellular data, but you may be slower depending on your signal.
    • Make sure Airplane Mode is disabled. This will turn off both your cellular and Wi-Fi connections.

    Restart your Android. This can usually fix minor software bugs. To restart your device, hold down the Power button, and select Power off from the menu. Wait 30 seconds, and then hold the Power button to turn your device on again.

    • Open the Google Play Store .
    • Tap your profile icon.
    • Tap Manage apps & device .
    • Tap See details .
