Make groans and give incomplete responses to the waker without opening your eyes.

Once you become "conscious," put your hands up behind your head or to your cheeks and take in a deep breath with your nose only. Upon letting air out, groan some more.

Slowly look round at the waker, and groan again.

Eventually, open your eyes wide and either lay there on your back/sit up in bed/or sit on the edge of the bed with your head down for about a minute.

While looking as if it were a painful task, make your way out of the bed and stretch upon getting out.

Ask what time it is, and perhaps mumble to yourself

If they turn on the light put the covers over your head and roll around and say "stop"

To really fool them, put a tiny bit of black eye shadow under your eyes. This will prove that you "just woke up".

Act tired in front of everyone, but not too tired or people may think you didn't get enough sleep.

Pretend to " light sleep ".
- If someone woke you up at 6:00 in the morning, go to bed a little bit earlier to teach them not to wake you up so early (at least not on school days.)

Then, follow up with some facial expressions like half-closed eyes, blinking slowly, or maybe a small yawn or a sigh that signals that you are now waking up from your sleep.

- If someone doesn't believe you slept, reassure them by saying you didn't have a great sleep - tossing and turning all night, uncomfortable mattress, etc.Thanks
- Don't do this a lot, depending on the parents, they might ban TV until the sleep problem has resolved, or they might think you need to be taken to a doctor to diagnose the cause of sleepiness, or they might ask you to talk about your problems(you might do this because of stress.)Thanks
