What is a twin flame and have I met mine?
I (26f) recently started going out with this guy (25m) and it's been going amazing. We have such a strong connection and so much chemistry. I think we're meant to be together. I've heard a lot about twin flames and they seem similar to soulmates in a lot of ways, but I know they aren't, so I was wondering how to tell the difference and how to tell if this guy is my twin flame?

There isn't an exact science to tell the difference between a twin flame and a soulmate. I think I met my twin flame because they ROCKED my world. I feel like I have a new perspective in life after meeting them.
Please keep in mind that a toxic relationship is not the same thing as a twin flame relationship. Many people confuse them because there are intense emotions in a toxic relationship too. But a twin flame helps you grow and a toxic person tears you down.
