Submit a request to Grindr. If you still see "Registration error," report the issue to Grindr support. As long as you haven't been banned from the platform, they can help you create your account. Here's what you'll need to do:
- Take a screenshot of the registration error message.
- Write down the time and date of the error and your current IP address . To get your IP address, go to https://whatismyipaddress.com in a web browser.
- Go to Grindr's "registration error" support form .
- Fill out the form. Type "Registration error" into the "Subject" line, then use the larger box to describe the steps you took to get the error. Paste your IP address into the box as well, select options from the rest of the menus, and tap Add file to attach your screenshot.
- Tap Submit to submit the form. Grindr support will get back to you at the email address you provided with fixes and/or answers.

You won't be able to sign up for a Grindr account if any required fields are blank.
