Common Questions: Sending Spam Calls to Voicemail
How do you send calls from certain contacts straight to voicemail?
If you don't want calls from a certain contact, you'll need to block them. This also stops any text messages you may receive. To block a contact, open their contact page. Tap the three-dots icon, and then tap Block twice to confirm.
Does Do Not Disturb send calls directly to voicemail?
Do Not Disturb only silences incoming calls. They'll still ring, but you won't hear it. When enough time has passed, the caller will be sent to voicemail.
Why is my phone not receiving calls and going straight to voicemail?
Make sure you have Do Not Disturb disabled. Also, make sure you have call forwarding off and that the recipient isn't blocked. In some cases, having poor cellular connection can route your calls to voicemail.
