How do I convert pictures from PNG to JPEG?

"Paint" or "MS Paint" is a simple image program included in Windows. Open the PNG file in Paint and then use File > Save As to save as a JPG file. If you have a Mac, you can use "iPhoto." Open the PNG file in iPhoto then chose File > Export and chose JPG.
