I do not have a lot of money to buy piercing needles. I have pierced my nose with the earring and it worked perfectly. Can I pierce my tragus the same way?

Piercing needles are not that expensive. I got a pack of like 20 professional sterile ones for around $20. Then you can slide the jewelry in easily too. The tragus is thicker than nose and harder to hold on to, so having a really sharp needle would ensure that you didn't mess up.
