Yes. You would need another deck, because 13*4=52, so after that someone wouldn't have enough cards. With a double deck the game would also go a lot quicker because there are 8 of each card. Consider changing the rules so each person needs 8 of one type to win and keeps 8 cards in their hand. But again, this makes the game much more complicated. Up to you. You may want to just go with two separate games.
