I can't get rid of a pop-up that always appears when I start my computer. It says "Temporary space cleanup" -- it's part of a program called Leawo Accelerator. I have uninstalled the program but can't get rid of this pop-up! What can I do?

Do you have PC Software Protection? If not, I'd reccomend buying one. Leawo Accelerator is a web browser.

Every time I click "Uninstall" it tells me to wait until another program is finished, but i haven't clicked anything else, what can I do?
