To "tame" bunnies in MineCraft, you need to hold a carrot or golden carrot; this gets the bunnies' attention, and they will follow you around. If you want it as a pet, build an enclosure (don't use fences, if you have a carrot they will hop over the fence and follow you) and lead them into it. Make it so they cannot escape.
