    The easiest thing you can do is just cut a lemon in half and squeeze the juice over the grease. Then, wipe it down with a damp rag. The lemon juice will cut through the grease pretty well.

    If you don't have a coal chimney, all the heat and smog from the fire will be spread out around your grill and it will decrease cooking effect in the meet. You will need some 0,5 Kg of coal to cook four steaks of 0,150 Kg each on a normal-sized grill.
