Steps

Tap the Chats tab at the bottom of WhatsApp. It's at the bottom of the screen and looks like two speech bubbles.

Tap Broadcast Lists . It's below the "Chats" header near the top-left corner of the screen. A broadcast list allows you to send the same message to multiple people without starting a group chat.
