This wikiHow teaches you how to use the Bing website to search for content online. Bing is a Microsoft-owned alternative to Google, and thus can be used in any web browser or as an app on your smartphone. You can also set Bing as the default search engine in Chrome, Firefox, or Safari if you wish; if you use Microsoft Edge, Bing is the search engine by default.
Quickly Search Bing
To search Bing, simply go to www.bing.com and enter your search. You can then organize your search to look for specific types of results, check your search history, and redeem rewards points. To make it the default search engine, go to your web browsers Settings or Preferences and change the "Search engine" listing to "Bing."
