Burning Ritual (to reduce negative energy) Grab a picture of yourself that makes you feel unconfident, unhealthy, or unhappy and light a fire in a fire pit, fireplace, or in a fireproof bowl . Then, use a permanent marker to write all of the things that make you feel bad about yourself on the picture (for example, negative self-talk like “I’m ugly” or “Nobody likes me”).
