Open your Microsoft PowerPoint presentation. Navigate to the slide where you want to paste the Excel data.

Edit the Excel data on the slide. To move the chart or graph, click the outer edge and drag it to a new location. To resize it, drag the corner circle inwards to make it smaller or drag it outwards to make it bigger.

Customize the chart (optional). If you want to edit the data or change its layout elements, styles, and filters, do the following:
- Select the chart.
- Click the Chart/Table Design or Chart/Table Tools Design tab.
- Click Data .
- Click Edit Data .
