      • This may or may not be true but I did hear from an older person (in his late 70s, possibly really wise) that if you want thicker hair and want it to grow then shave it off completely, then massage your head with mustard oil like once or twice a week, make sure your head absorbs it. Repeat this process after 4 weeks, then don't shave it again. Shaving your hair causes it to grow back all at once at the same length, so it'll seem a lot thicker.
