I've gotten Articuno down to less than 10HP and paralyzed. I've used about 40 ultra balls and still won't catch. Any other ideas?

Where is Articuno found in Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green?

It is located at the Seafoam Islands south of Fuchsia City. From the Fuchsia City Poké Center, walk/bike down the screen until you hit the shore. Using HM03, Surf to the left of the screen where barriers are placed, which then lead you towards the left. Start going left alongside the barrier until you stumble upon a shoreline where you are able to get on. This is Seafoam Island, and the rest of the process is explained up above.
