You can buy two matching curtains and put one on either side. Try to find the same curtain in varying sizes to accommodate. Or, you can buy an extra wide curtain and use this with shower ring hooks. The curtain would be collected at the bend of the rod, as it wouldn't be able to move past the ceiling support rod, but it would still close all the way.
