Windows 7 does not have inbuilt support to mount ISO files like in Windows 10. For mounting ISO in Windows 7, you will have to use a third party software. You can use Nero, MagicISO, PowerISO, Dameon Tools LT, UltraISO, and many more.

There are already directions in the article for most Linux distributions. Chrome OS does not include a utility for mounting ISO images. You can mount ISO images in the Linux dev environment on Chrome OS, but you'll need to use 𝐟𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐨 instead of the mount command.
