    According to TSA guidelines, you may not bring more than 100ml/3.4oz of alcoholic beverages through security in your carry-on luggage, regardless of if it is sealed. You may, however, take this in your checked luggage "Alcoholic beverages with more than 24% but not more than 70% alcohol are limited in checked bags to 5 litres (1.3 gallons) per passenger and must be in unopened retail packaging."

    As long as this is for personal use (i.e. transported by yourself for your own use or for gifts), you are allowed to bring up to 42 litres of beer, 18 litres of non-sparkling wine, and either 4 litres of spirits over 22%ABV or 9 litres of fortified/sparkling win under 22%ABV. You may split your allowance for spirits and sparkling wines (for example, you could bring 4.5 litres of fortified wine and 2 litres of spirits [both half of your allowance]).
