  • Question
Can I wash a dry dust mop in the washing machine?

    Community Answer
Yes, but only wash with other fabric of the same texture and color, and preferably on the delicate cycle. DO NOT use any bleach or fabric softener in the washing machine or the dryer. Hanging to dry is best.
  • Question
Should I use a different cloth to wash windows if using EnviroCloth makes streaks?
    Community Answer
You need a window cloth to use after the EnviroCloth to get that sparkly shine.
  • Question
I didn't know not to use fabric softener when I dried my cloth. Have I ruined it?
    Community Answer
Fabric softener isn't recommended because it can coat the fibers and "gunk up" the cloth, preventing it from lifting dirt and bacteria off the surface. Try deep cleaning it with washing soda and Norwex laundry detergent. Boil a pot of water, then remove the pot from heat and add your washing soda, detergent and cloth. Use a pair of tongs to swish the cloth around and agitate it like a washing machine. Do this as many times as needed until the water rinses clear.
  • Question
Do I need to wash the makeup removal cloths before using?
    Community Answer
It's a good idea. Then you know you’re relatively safe from extra dye, sizing, pesticides, or anything else that might be used in processing or shipping.
  • Question
Is it okay to use a body cloth on my face instead of a face cloth?
    Community Answer
Yes, that is all I ever use on my face, I don't think it makes any difference.
  • Question
My Norwex counter cloths have developed a rough surface. I only use Norwex detergent. What causes this, and can I fix it?
    Community Answer
It may be because the detergent is not getting rinsed out enough. Try soaking in hot water and give them a good swish with tongs. Put in the dryer with no dryer sheets or hang to dry.
  • Question
My purple polishing cloth leaves lint on mirrors. Do you have any suggestions for me?
    Community Answer
Use the deep cleaning method to clean your polishing cloth if a regular wash cycle doesn't fix the problem. Be sure to always use the Norwex Envirocloth to clean a surface before polishing. This removes the dust.
  • Question
Should the face and body cloths be washed with soap or not?
    Community Answer
Wash your body cloths the same as envirocloths using a hot cycle with a bit of Norwex laundry detergent. 2 rinses and hang dry.
